Refund Policy

We aim to provide high-quality photography services and complete customer satisfaction. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a booking.

Booking & Advance Payments

All bookings require an advance payment to confirm your session. This advance amount is non-refundable as it secures your date and time.

Cancellation Policy

  • If the client cancels the booking more than 7 days before the shoot, rescheduling may be allowed (subject to availability).
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the shoot date are not eligible for any refund.
  • In case of a no-show on the shoot day, no refund will be provided.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered if the photographer is unable to provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances and no suitable alternative date can be arranged.

Creative Satisfaction

Photography is a creative service. Refunds will not be issued based on personal taste, style preferences, or dissatisfaction with artistic outcomes once the shoot has been completed.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to deliver photos within the promised timeframe, delays caused by technical issues, illness, or other unavoidable circumstances do not qualify for a refund.

Digital Products

Once digital photos or videos have been delivered, no refund or exchange will be applicable as these are non-returnable digital services.
